Wizard's World II

I got inked here in July. The guy was friendly and professional. He used about 100 pairs of gloves, and all was extremely clean. I was on time and thank god--they seem really into punctuality and were really annoyed at a late customer; guess they get a lot of no shows. anyway, I love my tattoo but for the fact that he put a fuzzy sort of background, which to me just looks like smeared ink, like it's dirty. He did say something at the time, that he thought it would stand out against my skin more with a background. While I had my eyes rolled heavenward in agony, I just agreed with what he was suggesting and said Whatever you think will look best. So it's not really his fault per se. But I would rather I didn't have the background. Some people really like backgrounds, but to me it looks messy or dirty. So I'm giving them 3 stars, but I feel kind of guilty about it. I want to get it touched up, have the "dirt" turned into more tattoo--stay between the lines, please!--but I haven't decided if I will go back to him, or try somewhere else. Hmmmm...
