Everything was fine and dandy when I first got the cartilage piercing. It didn't really bother me at first when the only thing I was asked was which dot to get the piercing in. I didn't get a choice of jewelry like most shops or asked which angle I would prefer to have it pierced at. After two days, the piercing became swollen and infected. I had been cleaning it every day with a cleaning solution I purchased at another tattoo shop. I went in to a doctor after it hadn't cleared up using sea salt and other remedies that were suggested over the phone. My cousin had gone in with me and done hers as well, which also became infected shortly after getting it. The doctor said that the piercer had most likely not cleaned the metal properly as well as having pierced it at a bad angle, making it prone to infection. Since my cousin and I both got nasty infections after cleaning them properly, I would suggest veering away from 360 Blues and going down the street to The Crypt. Got my ear repierced there once the infection had healed through antibiotics with no problems at all.
I am still giving the shop two stars because the people were friendly and the shop had a nice ambiance, but I definitely will not be going back.

I'm back!!! I met the owner tonight and he is awesome!!!! Had a great conversation while being decorated :) This guy REALLY knows his stuff. He has been in the business for 13 years I believe he said and takes pride in his art. He has a real knack for helping you make your tattoo your own and really gets that it is a very personal and permanent part of you. He talked about his artists and how he has worked with some for many years. Same professional service from before. Everyone is friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and friendly. The place is clean and you could not ask for better artists. Absolutely amazing work. I love them!

You all need a shop manager or someone with some better customer service skills than the guy who "helped" (for lack of a better word) us...went in with and idea of a tattoo my husband and I wanted and the guy acted confused when I asked him to draw something up (I even took in my crappy drawing)...aren't you an artist? He was very lackadaisical to begin with so my expectations were low but get it together please...especially on a Saturday when you know business is flowing!

First of all just to be clear this shop is now on cooper st. Today I had Adam X give me my second tattoo by him. It of course looks amazing. I've had 7 tattoos total, almost all from different people or different shops. And now I am loyal to Adam. He has done a big Star Wars banner on my back and just finished a delicately thin deathly hallows symbol on my shoulder. Both have clean lines, and both looks fantastic. I always have a hard time finding an artist that will even have sufficient skills, much less customer service skills. He's always nice and doesn't seem to judge your idea. He has both times explained the reason why he can't do certain Things, not just blow me of and say no. I personally recommend him to all my friends.

Customer service sucked! Acted very uninterested in doing the work I required. I guess I looked like I was broke or something! Never the less, I will not be returning and I wish I could give this shop review a -1 star! Totally missed out on making a lot of money! FYI: This place is no longer on Galleria Dr, it's on 2705 S Cooper St. Maybe they had better customer service at the old location?

Been familiar with this shop since they were back on Hwy 360 by Six Flags Mall a few years back, but this past weekend was the first tattoo session I've ever gotten by them. Just a quick FYI, the shop is on Cooper Street now just a few miles north of The Parks Mall...

I didn't make an appt, but I knew exactly what kind of tattoo I wanted (just a logo of one of my favorite bands).  Jayson was the only employee/artist in sight, so it was his lucky day since he'd be getting my business (the other guys were just already with other clients). Jayson was a very swell dude. Friendly, laid back, down to earth, and a pro. To my surprise, we talked A LOT about music; from death metal (which I don't listen to extensively) blues, and country to the commercialized bullcrap on the radio to his very own band. Hell, we even talked studio recording and music gear. He introduced me to Heritage Guitars (never heard of them in my life... looked them up when I got home and asked myself How in the hell had I NEVER heard of this brand? And I call myself a musician....). Bottom line, what I thought was going to be a quiet small-talk awkward session, was actually a very badass, comical, and memorable experience. And the tattoo came great... EXACTLY how I wanted it. Check this place out if you're craving some ink! Thanks again Jayson!

Very nice, and clean studio. Came in one night, around closing & got a nose piercing by Dan, who was recommended to me by my cousin. Really nice guy, very sociable, & seemingly knowledgeable.
The experience was greater than I expected, I will be returning soon for another piercing.
