I called to ask a question regarding a piercing change and the guy was kind of rude to me on the phone. He made me feel stupid a little bit. Maybe I was asking a dumb question... but I'm no expert in this area, I just wanted some answers. He was also kind of short with me. I would be willing to give it another chance though I guess, I've heard positive things about them through my friends.
