The shop is on the small side but most of the staff is personable and knowledgeable, though there are the inevitable exceptions. The inside is clean but the outside could use some major cleanup. All the tattoo groupies, girlfriends, and hangers on do nothing to help with the claustrophobic feel of the small shop and contribute to an unprofessional atmosphere. The work is on the same level as Cherry Street but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired.
