When I lived in New York, I would take the train out to the Indian section of Jackson Heights in Queens to get henna tattoos. And although the folks there were obviously very highly skilled, I can say without reservation that Bridget is the best henna artist I've ever seen. She's got a super relaxed personality that immediately puts you at ease and makes getting a henna tattoo a particularly soothing experience. And her work is spectacular! You can suggest a pattern to her and she'll recreate it in a way that is astonishing, beautiful, and unique to you. I've had her come to the college where I work to offer henna sessions to my students, and they are over the moon with her work. I can't say enough good things about her!

Bridget is awesome and takes the time to figure out just what you're wanting and needing in a design.  Beyond the great customer service, she's a very talented, accomplished, and awesome artist.

I would and do recommend her for any henna or art you're thinking of.

Bridget did a phenomenal job for my wedding this past May.  We had originally booked her for 2 hours and she was gracious enough to stay longer when more women than expected wanted their mehndi done.  Her work was really lovely, she was extremely quick (but still exacting and perfect!), and the color came out beautifully (even for those who washed it off before they should have!).

She is a true professional, with an upbeat personality that is a pleasure to be around (which is a really crucial quality for a wedding vendor!).  I highly recommend!

    Let me set the stage...

Two days into my cousin's 4-day wedding marathon, we realized that she didn't have anyone scheduled to do her mehndi.  The day before her wedding I called Bridget at around 11am, she was able to re-arrange her personal schedule right away and met us at my cousin's hotel in downtown Chicago that same evening.  She did all of the bridesmaids' mehndi, including mine, and was able to laugh and talk with us until the wee hours of the morning.  She stayed very late to do my cousin's bridal mehndi as well, which turned out beautifully.

Bridget is wonderfully professional, a true artist, and really respects the art of mehndi/henna.  She is accommodating and absolutely affordable, I hope to use her services again in the very near future!!  Also, she makes her own mehndi and it smells wonderful and the stain comes out perfectly!  She even brings supplies to wrap you up at the end of the night so that you don't wake up with dried mehndi flecks all over your bed in the morning :)

Bridget, you were a pleasure to have and thank you so very much for all that you did for us on such short notice!!!
