I used a Groupon for a recent haircut and style from Patty. Â She did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with my haircut. Â My toddler son was totally asleep in the stroller next to me while she cut my hair, so I appreciate that she got right down to business and spent the time efficiently. Â I would definitely return.
Review Source:This is the first negative review I've ever written and I do not recommend this salon. I didn't get the cut I asked for and came back the next day to try to fix it. I was met with frustration and agressiveness (and a bad lesson about layers). At that point I should have just walked out the door, but I had her fix it by sadly cutting off more length so I looked less like Florence Henderson's bowl head. When she finished, she blanked me and walked away. I'm one to take responsibility for myself, whcih I believe I did. I was dumbstruck at the lack of professionalism.
Review Source:Lauren styled my hair for my wedding and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. Â Lauren was also a lifesaver because she found a way to book my bridal party and me only three weeks before my wedding day!!! Â I had booked another hair stylist for my May wedding in December, but when we were doing practice runs we just couldn't see eye-to-eye on the style that I wanted. Â Lauren however re-created my vision exactly the way I wanted! Â My hair looked stunning, and I received compliments on it all night - almost to the point where I was tired of hearing them! ;) Â Our friends posted some pictures on facebook - and people that we didn't even know were saying how much they loved it!!!! Â I feel like I was really very lucky to find Lauren (thanks to my fabulous MOH), my hair couldn't have been more perfect for my big day!!!!!!!

Earlier in the week I made an appointment for a blow out to try this salon out, bad decision for me. Â I arrived for my 10am appointment to find this shop empty and dark so I left. I called several times but the phone just rang; who doesn't have answering machine for a business??? this is 2011?? Finally at about 10:15am I called again and somebody answered; Â but by this time I was turned off and with the "oh well" attitude I decided this shop is not for me.
