Went to this Tattoo shop for my second tattoo. I am impressed enough that #3 will be done here also. The artist was Jonathan who I found to be diligent and interested in his work. The shop opened early for me because I was close by and got my work done quickly and efficiently. I am a fan.
noteworthy to say that the reason I went to this shop in the first place was because of the 'negative' reviews i read on Yelp and I wanted to know the truth.
Not only did they do amazing work, but they got it done quickly and for one hellofa price! Their artists listened to every idea, even as new ones changed his renditions.
We went to this shop because of friends (yep, multiple) who had work done here, and it is easy to see why so many referrals end up here. Just be sure you know where you're heading because it can be difficult to spot. It isn't on Cook street, but off cook street. Follow the address, then turn onto 42nd (42nd/Green). You'll see a liquor store on the corner, but when you pull down the side street, you'll see Bloodline at the other corner. Parking is right up front, and they'll stay open as late as necessary. They don't open until after noon, so call if you plan to head in early in the day.
Only bad part about service here was being told to keep it wrapped for longer than necessary. So on day two, there for some final outlining and touchups, skin was too moist and sensitive for additional work to be done (only lasted about 30-40 mins). To make up for it, artist offered to touch up old tat (1) and new tat (2&3) when come in down the road for another planned tat (4). That totally made up for it.
