Had my nose pierced here last week and the place is super clean and bright, not typical of most tattoo places I have visited recently. Â It had a nice open air feel about it. Â The staff was a bit unwelcoming at first and I had to draw conversation out of the girl doing my piercing. Â But once it was all over I felt much better about the experience. Â Would like to see more jewelry sold there but piercings are not the main focus of the shop. Â I did have a question about a recent cartilage piercing I have been having issues with and the girl did not seem to have the knowledge about it I would like but she was helpful. Â Overall the experience was positive, but not sure I will go back to get my monroe done. Â Will do more research on other piercers before I do that.
Review Source:Great feel and decor. the people were pretty helpful.
Their website says that the cheapest smallest tattoo you can get is 50$, but they will add extra charges for 'sensitive areas' even if its a good fleshy part. They might assume that since you have never gotten a tattoo before that you don't know anything, but maybe that was just my experience. They tagged an extra 40$ on my design. It may be the only legitimate place in newport news, though, so its a reasonable thing to do i guess.
