I had gone here a few years ago and gotten two tattoos done. I was very happy with the place and the artist. When I was ready to get another piece, of course I went back. The artist that had done my first two pieces was no longer there. They took my $100 dollar deposit, but two hours later when I went back in having second thoughts, they refused to give me even a partial refund, even though my appointment wasn't for 6 more days and I had cancelled within an hour of making the appointment. After giving me the run around while I was there, and through two more phone calls, the artist didn't inform me till the next afternoon that he had already drawn up my tattoo, and therefore couldn't refund any money. I get the idea of a deposit, but seriously?  Needless to say, after losing $100 for absolutely nothing, I will never use this place again. If you want professional service, go across the street to Kahuna!
