Excellent customer service. All the employees really know their stuff and are excellent at what they do. From the front desk to the tattoo chair, everyone there is exceptional!

I got my belly button pierced here in 2006.  Six weeks later, I had to remove it because they'd screwed up the piercing so badly.  They had done the piercing too deep so there was too much skin between the two balls of the ring, if that makes sense.  Go somewhere more experienced, in my opinion.
