I don't have one bad thing to say about Body Tech!!! All the Workers are very friendly towards costumers! clients are never ignored once they walk in. All questions are answered whether important or not. Tattoo Artists are very professional in there work area and all tattoo machines and equipment are sanitized. I highly recommend Mark!!!! I was a little anxious to get my first tattoo but he made me comfortable an took me round to the back room. I couldn't stop laughing! Everything that comes out of his mouth is hilarious an very entertaining! Never a dull moment when being tattooed by Mark! I definitely had an extraordinary experience at Body Tech and its all because of Mark! I will certainly be back again with friends an family an eventually another tattoo for myself!

I have had work done at the other FIVE STAR rated shop in G'ville. I like my tattoo from there.
What makes BODYTECH different/BETTER is EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. My artist (Kyle) and the entire staff were willing to listen to my thoughts about my tattoo and add their own in a professional and playful way.
It seems they know they are good artists, but don't have to act aloof to try and prove it.
I will definitely be back!
I've never had a bad experience here. The artists I've worked with (most recently Zach) have been patient and flexible and willing to work with me on whatever piece I wanted to create or add onto; also, the receptionist I've worked with (Norma) was efficient and friendly. I've had a half sleeve and two tattoos on the top of my feet done here. The shop is clean and the prices are fair for the high quality. I'd definitely come back!
Review Source:I fly down every few months from NYC to visit my family and always stop in to see Enrique. I have gotten 8 tattoos from him and I dont have one complaint about them. I even misspelled one (its on my wrist so everyone can see) but the next time he saw me he fixed it for free. Everyone there knows what the heck they are doing so there are no f-ups, cant wait for my next trip down.
Review Source:I went in last night for a last minute piercing and I am so very pleased with my result! Justin, my piercer, was not only very patient and kind, but was immensely professional and precise! He took his time and made sure everything was sized properly.
He is unbelievably talented as well. Normally, I would never let someone I'm going to for the first time pierce me "freehand" but after explaining why he felt it would produce the best result, I agreed and I'm so impressed!
I also very much appreciated Justin inviting me back to the shop this Monday so he can make sure everything is healing properly since my piercing was a challenging one. Most piercers give you a sheet of paper with aftercare and send you on your way. It's nice to have a piercer who actually cares about the work he does on his clients!
Pricing is very fair and includes jewlery. I would definitely go back to him for anything else I need!
I can't recommend Justin enough for piercings. I've had a few done by other local piercers, and Justin's piercings have been consistently better--better placed, faster healing and less tender during the first few days. The guy is really skilled at what he does, and it makes a difference.

Bodytech is VERY clean and everyone is super friendly. Kenny did a beautiful job on my tattoo and the price was very reasonable. Even though mine was relatively simple, he still spent a lot of time just hanging out and making me feel at ease. I don't know of too many other shops in Gainesville, but I'm sure they can't compare to Bodytech
The best in Gainesville. If you can find something better let me know.

If you go there looking for hardware you will likely talk to Justin. He's a good guy and is good at what he does.He takes his time and makes sure he has the right size piercing and measures everything out if need be. Â He has pierced my brother, girlfriend and several friends. I will never get pierced anywhere else. Â Piercing room looks like a dentist office and is very very clean. Ive been in some nasty ass head shops and this is the cleanest Ive ever set foot.
They have a smaller selection of body jewelry, just the main stuff for the most part. Every now and then you will get some interesting plugs and flesh tunnels. They do have a good amount of belly rings. Everything is at a decent price...
Now I don't have any tattoo's but Ive been with several people that have gotten tattoo's there. They have allot of tattoo chairs all hidden from the lobby, they even have a couple of private rooms for the more personal tattoo's. The tattoo room is also very clean.
the artist from what i can tell all seem to be really cool guys, they spent allot of time with my friends trying to get things just right. These guys are all real professional. I feel like when I'm ready to get a tattoo this is where i will go for these reasons

Bottom line- I don't trust any other shops in town. They get busy but is worth it. Go there one time and you will never go anywhere else. So next time you want that new shiny metal or some fresh ink take your money to body tech.
Went to Bodytech today for my first tattoo! I was tattooed by Alex, and it was a great experience. Â I was nervous, but he put me at ease and my new tattoo looks great. Â The shop was clean and well-lit, with lots of flash art on the walls. Alex had no trouble drawing up what I wanted from a reference I brought in.
The whole experience was great, and has me very excited to go back soon for another tattoo! Â I'll definately go to Alex again in the future, and I'd recommend him to anybody.
