Worst piercing ever. I went in for a simple cartilage, and apparently Angela was new and hadn't done many (any) before. It took her and another girl 45 minutes and three dropped balls to get the hoop closed. Then, they still charged full price. I'm pissed and in pain. Had they told me she was new, I would NEVER had done the piercing today.
