I went to Camarillo Ink last week to get my smiley pierced. When I called to make an appointment, the piercer, Nick, called me back right away and was even willing to bend on the price and give it to me for 40$ instead of 50$ when i told him i am on a budget, which was really cool! It was also Nick's day off, but he came in on short notice when I called, and that was really cool too. All around I got really good service and he was very professional.

As for the piercing itself, he placed it perfectly and was done really quick. He did have to get up to go find tweezers to put the jewelry in, which made me a little nervous that the jewelry would fall out and we would have to repierce it. But it didn't fall out and it was all gravy :)

My only complaint was that the ball on the barbell fell off the first time I swished mouthwash around my mouth. Luckily I caught it and screwed it back on no problem, it was just kind of a hassle and it made the fresh piercing a little sore.

All around it was a good experience, I got great service, and I'm happy with my piercing. I would recommend Camarillo Ink to my friends for their piercings!

I went in to this place to get a pretty big tattoo. Chest piece and a half sleeve. I wanted something very traditional Japanese. Spent over $600 and it looked like a kid in a garage did it. I'm very disappointed in it and not happy. Cisco or whatever his name is says he's been tattooing for like 10 yrs. well if he has he should stop bc he messed my entire chest and arm up. Don't go here

Went there for nose and ear piercing. Piercer was very inexperienced. Ask them to take nose piercing out the next day. If was not placed correctly and was unnecessarily painful to have done. Although they offered to bring in a more experienced piercer to redo it, have been back but all plans fell through. Did more research on piercing and have decided to go to another shop with someone whose guidelines meet the Association of Professional Piercers (CA). Can't recommend this shop although the people seemed nice; the results were not. One ear piercing still swollen and painful and infected.. Only one was done correctly. Try another shop; don't go here.
