Kind of a late review but Carpe Diem is the best. I've got six piercings and a tattoo here plus a few of my family members have too. Everyone is friendly and goes around your schedule if you go by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome for piercings or small tattoos. ( Price varies by tattoo size. )
