OK, I was back in town for a baby shower and stopped in for a quick pedicure. Â i liked that they fit me right in, but having failed to read the reviews I wasn't aware of their quality issues. Â I am now. Â They continually grabbed cutting and cleaning utensils out of a drawer - they didn't look sterilized - I'm not saying they weren't, but it was doubtful enough that it made me nervous. Â The gal that did my manicure didn't say two words to me but I did hear her speak to another customer and she did speak English. Â Â Another gal working on a customer next to us laughed hysterically at everything that was said the whole time I was there - and loudly. Â It was $30 for a very bad pedicure, and it just seemed very pricey for Sequim. Â The polish was wearing off the tip of my toes and chipping by that evening - and I was in flip flops - there should have been no wear marks at all. Â Very frustrating.
Review Source:if you plan on coming to Danny's, ask for Penny. Â she is the best. Â Danny's is also the only decent nail salon in sequim so i mean, i guess you gotta suck it up and deal with it, right?
the new chairs are nice but i don't really like massage chairs. Â i really wish they would upgrade the paint and manicure tables -- they have the potential to be supremely awesome.
I've only been here once but I was very happy with the nail job. I like gel polish (shelac/gelish) only, and this place had it. I tried another place in town that didn't have it.
Lily did an awesome job on my nails. I wish the place was a little more nice on the inside, but I'll probably go back there anyway.
