I have been pierced here several times and would continue to go back for more. I went to Aaron and he was friendly as well as professional. They are the only place i have ever been able to order/buy 16g septum retainers at also. It is very comfy and there are always a small group of people hanging out in the waiting area. I don't know whether to say the prices are standard or steep, but t's the only decent place in the area so customers really have no choice. I'd say go for it.
