Deep Roots Tattoo & Body Piercing

Went in to get an existing piercing looked at, and possibly a jewelry change. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude to me. She talked to me like I was stupid and then insulted me. I walked out without buying anything or getting help. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I came in the first time and the girl who helped me was super nice but they didn't have anything i wanted. i came back weeks later and no one even helped me. no one even approached me to see if i needed anything. this other girl came in after me and they helped her even though they knew i was there first. they never have anything in stock. they are always out of stuff. i will not be going back. boo

My dad took me there to get the studs replaced for my nape piercing for my birthday. One of the guys there with a lot facial piercings was really helpful and knowing customer time is valuable too, he nicely suggested since there was long wait that we take can take care of other business at the mall and comeback. GREAT IDEA. So we did. I felt bad for the guy. He was working really hard and wasn't feeling well. Sure enough another customer walked in. I give him props, he was doing his best to take care of all of us and setting positive example for the place. But the other 3 guys working there, sat around looking through their cd's while we stared at them and waited for 20min. My dad was starting to lose his temper and we calmly walk out.
