I had a great experience here! Made the mistake of prematurely taking my piercing out (which I got at another shop) and the hole shrunk in only a few hours. The man who worked here helped me to re-pierce the hole/put my jewelry back in for only $10 while shops in vallejo (30 min away also mind you) tried to charge me $20+ for the exact same thing! Not to mention he did it incredibly fast and was extremely kind, he even offered to help again for free if I had any issues again. Very nice guy, an I am very happy with my visit!

The workers are helpful though when you have questions, or need information. But Cmon, let's work with the customers, we the reason Yall open.
Review Source:This place is a joke! I have been in many times in the past for a long time, as they were the only head shop in the town of Napa. First off these guys are too fu*ckin stoned all the time to get off their butts and help you when you need it. When you do finally get someone to help you, they are just not knowlegeable! I used to sell blown glass, so I have an idea of what I am talking about (not an expert but not a novice either), and it really discourages me when I know more than an employee does. When you walk back to the area of the shop with the pipes, and other smoking devices, you are bombared by pornography and sex toys. Then when you do finally make you way past midget porn and dildos to the pipes, they are extremely overpriced and the selection blows! 95% of their selection is import glass (meaning they probably bought it online for less than $2 a pipe for crap glass) which a lot of the time must have holes drilled into them upon arrival. When this happens, it jeopardizes the structure of the glass and can leave toxic glass dust in the pipe when inhaling. Their cheapest "decent" pipes start at around $35! That is absurd, when I can go to a headshop down the street (as there are now 3 in Napa) and get the same pipe for around $17.
Basically, if you want decent customer service, experienced staff, and good prices for decent product, DO NOT GO HERE!!
