Empire Tattoo

Walked in for a cover up quote...got a great price and liked the work I saw. Now to build up the courage to do it.

Went back an hour later with a friend for a quote...they made promises they didn't keep. Kind of disappointing.  :(  I was hoping they would come through for him so I can refer them to everyone.

Came in for a cover up. I have no doubt they do good work but unimpressed with there follow up.

Met with Larry and gave me great promise of taking on the challenge of covering up my tattoo.  He told me he would work on it at night and send me something in the morning and we would do early afternoon.  I was excited to see what he could come up with.  That night I sent a picture sample of an idea I had and was told I would see something in the morning.

The next day I received nothing and by 2pm when I was supposed to get it started I had to call to find out nothing was worked on and sounded like they had forgotten.  I spoke with Mike on the phone then mentioned Larry was booked solid for a couple weeks (wtf). He then told me to come in and Billy would draw something up.  

I am not pleased with the lack of commitment they had.  When I came in the first time he should of been honest and told me it would of been a couple weeks to do, I would of waited based on his reputation.

I told them to forget it and I would find someone else.  Very disappointing !!!
