Worst experience of my life by far.
I went in for a mani/pedi with Trish Pillow. She was astonishingly unprofessional, seemed to lack basic competence, and made no effort to hide the fact that she did not wish to be there. She expressed frustration that I had gel nail polish on my nails that needed to be removed. Half way through the polish change she called a "pedicure" she handed me a cuticle tool and told me to start working on my own nails. She abrasively ripped off what I wasn't able to remove on my own and proceeded to file over the tops of my nails until I asked her to stop because it was becoming too painful. She had the gall to try to sell me on getting gel polish for $20 more than what I was already paying for the service. When I declined the result was an uneven, bumpy looking paint job on my nails AND toes.
I rarely write a bad review. If I receive poor service I usually give a person the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a bad day. The service I received from Ms. Pillow is beyond any explanation I can imagine. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me.
Okay, I don't get my nails done, so when my sister told me to get over to Enchanted Nails and get some permanent eyeliner I was sceptical. Â I really hate to say this but my sister was right on. Â For a small amount of money, I now have eyeliner that is straight, perfectly shaped and it never comes off! Â I did hate the swelling but it was well worth it. Â The owner, Fran is awesome and tells it like it is, what to do and how to care for your eyes. Â Great place!
