Don't even bother!!!
I scheduled an appointment and showed up the 15 minutes early. Â As I sat there, after filling out the paperwork, I noticed my artist, Nathan, was just beginning to do another tattoo. Â I asked the front desk girl and she said that he was a 'last minute' drop in. Â I explained to her that I scheduled the appointment 3 days ago, rearranging my schedule to be here on time. Â I immediately asked for a refund from the manager...he apologized and refunded my $50 deposit.
This business obviously doesn't care very much about their customer service so, if you're looking to throw your money at them instead of being able to create a relationship with these artists then this is your place.
First off when you walk in while the decor and music might draw you in to stay, the customer service will make you want to walk right out. the front desk people are so rude. The tattoo artists treat you like you are just a wad of cash (which they'll definitely over charge you) they don't treat you like anything more than just another notch.
They also steal work.
I've called them out on it multiple times, and they've ended up deleting it because I've contacted the person who did the actual work.
They do decent work, but they overcharge. You should pay a pretty penny for good custom work but you shouldn't pay for their time too. You should pay for their work and the conversation. A real artist loves what they do, not the cash.
They are rude, and just ridiculous. I would never recommend them or get anything from them.
The shop is gorgeous. Seriously one of the cleanest shops I have ever seen. I went here (drove all the way down from VA in fact) to specifically get tattooed by one man---Kenny. Kenny had worked on a good friend of mine who was stationed down there and when I decided that it was time to get my first tattoo I knew it had to be done by Kenny. He was very patient with me and how much I squirmed and he also stayed late to make sure that everything was done just right. He gave me fabulous direction on how to take care of it and it looks perfect. It's been about 6 months now and I absolutely love the tattoo and have received a number of compliments. All of the folks there are also very nice as others have said. Pricing wise, I do believe in the motto of cheap tattoos aren't good and good tattoos aren't cheap. I am very comfortable with the price that I paid for the artwork that I received (in fact, I think it was a great deal!). It is both a blessing and a curse that Kenny is not closer!!!
Review Source:I came here a couple weeks ago with my sister to get our first tattoo. Definitely a clean and trustworthy looking place. The employees were very nice and talked to us (a lot), making us feel way less nervous. Te artist Antone was great. The only thing I didn't like too much was the price. It seemed pretty pricey but wasn't sure. After talking to some friends who have a bunch of tattoos that are more intricate I am convinced I could have gotten at least $30 taken off my price but I guess that's my fault for not saying anything. I've also gotten lip piercing from here almost a year ago and everything went well with that as well. They were definitely very informative on how to take care of it. I will probably go back here if I have someone that can help me haggle over the price.
Review Source:While I will say this is the cleanest tattoo place in Fayetteville, it is definitely the WORST. Â I got a tattoo by someone named Kevin... mine looked ok - it was small and hard to screw up. Â He also did my cousin's which was a bit more intricate and used a few colors. Â He dipped into the black ink when he was supposed to dip into lavender, and tattooed anyway, and then didn't tell her that he messed up and when she pointed it out to him at the end, he lied and said once it healed it would look great. Â It did not. Â I went back there a few months later and when I was having a different artist do a tattoo on my foot, I mentioned this story to him and he was like "wow I can't believe you let Kevin tattoo you"... well YOUR shop employed him, how are we supposed to know?! Â Anyway this tattoo on my foot is the shittiest tattoo I have on my body - looks like someone did it with a crayon. Â No concept of fading or coloring at all - this isn't my first tattoo, I have several, and know an artist (a true one) when I see one. Â This shop looks nice on the outside, but fail to believe that Kevin is the issue... I think it's the artists the shop has in general.
