Fairchild Bruce Tattoos

Bruce is an amazing tattooist. I didn't give him 5 stars due to his lack of getting started on time. I have 3 tattoos from him and waited over an hour to get them started each time. If you say 1:00 it should be at 1:00 not that's when you sketch the design and then make us wait another hour or 2.
