This is where I got my first tattoo. I didn't know anything about portfolios or questions to ask... I just walked in with the design I wanted and had the guy do it right then. Luckily, he didn't suck. This place is actually kind of a hole-in-the-wall but the people were nice enough and the price was reasonable. Over eight years later and it still looks decent.
