Debated between a 3 or 4 more like a 3.5 but I will go back.  I went to the stylist Tilly, she personally was great. I have long hair, around base of rib cage and I needed a trim. I wanted only an inch or so taken off to get rid of the dead ends. Even before I got my hair washed she gave me a quick consultation about what I wanted and listened to my opinion.
This is where it became weird, there was a girl who I think spoke a Slavic language and was just standing around, who washed my hair with plastic gloves. This felt really awkward and uncomfortable since I was afraid she was going to break my hair strains. She didn't give me a towel or a robe to cover my top from getting wet.

Back to Tilly she showed me exactly what she was going to cut off and I had to stand up so she could get an even line (By now I had a robe placed on me). We discussed if she could long layer it and once agains she asked me if I wanted to do the same thing and I agreed. She spent a lot of time on my hair and didn't use any chemicals to  detangle my hair or before she cut it which I liked. After it was done she went on to cut my bangs since I said I wanted a trim. These didn't come out as well as my hair did but they don't look horrible so I was content enough. She blew out my hair and spritzed it with a heat protector during it. No moroccan oil at this place!

The overall look was a bit outdated. There was dust on their glass shelves that held their products. The magazines were new though. They have no receptionist but the stylists themselves answer the phone. Two other women were sitting there as well and they were chatting almost themselves, I think they were waiting for their hair dye to sit in. One ended up blow drying her hair by herself while the man (who I think is the owner) was in the break room.
A woman came in while I was getting my hair done and the foreign girl gave her a robe and placed her coat in the closet, which I was a bit offended at unless they only use the robes for people who are going to get their hair dyed which is a bit silly since if I had worn an expensive shirt it would have been ruined by wet hair.

The price was reasonable I think 30 or 40 for the hair and bang trim. I waited to review until after I had washed my hair and was able to style it on my own to recreate how it was and it was very similar when I blow-dried my own hair.
