Blair is an amazing, young artist ! I told her the idea I had in my head and what she drew up and tattooed on me was like she was in my head and knew what I wanted !! I got a chest piece and Blair made it as comfortable and non awkward as possible. I look forward to adding to this piece and getting more in the future !!
Also, the shop is just flat out clean and totally relaxed. Music isn't blasting like some other shops, nor does it feel like a doctors office. And, the shop monkey, Jason is a hilarious addition. He lightens the mood and helps keep not just Blair, but the guest laughing and havin a good time.
Its been a while since I've been to Flying Colors and its for sure changed for the better in the time since I last got inked there. I'll be back for sure !

Laura is amazing! I walked in, told her the idea I had and she was able to draw it out exactly as I had pictured in my head! She helped give some ideas on making it perfect. I was surprised at how much it DIDN'T hurt, she made sure I was comfortable and she did the job quick as well. I LOVE my new tat and have been telling everyone to go here, I get so many compliments on the detail and color. AMAZING work! Will definitely come back:)
Review Source:I got an outline of a horse above my inner ankle. I had a great experience and it didn't hurt at all! The shop has a relaxing fun atmosphere and everyone is very welcoming. Lady Blair did my tattoo and she did a great job. Everything was sanitized and very clean. I can get addicted to this!
*The next day my tattoo wasn't very red at all and is healing nicely. I'm very impressed and highly recommend Flying Colors Tattoo and Lady Blair!
I got a tattoo from Laura on my calf that was the most painless, fastest healing tat of all my 3 tattoos. I wanted another from her this year but we were ships in the night, our schedules didn't match up. I'm definitely waiting until I see her again for my next tattoo!
She's someone who you can become immediately friends with.
I never had a desire to get a tattoo, though I've appreciated them on others. Â But at a Leap Day party at Frog's Leap Winery, where Flying Colors had set up shop for the evening, I saw a design by Laura of a frog riding a corkscrew. Â I had it done on my calf. Â I was pretty much ambivalent about having had it done, but the compliments I've gotten on it have been amazing. Â It really rocks! Â For a relatively small tattoo, the detail is outstanding. Â If I ever have a hankering to have another tattoo done, I'll be seeing Laura.
Review Source:I have gone to see Laura since she was at Dirty Harry's in Vacaville.....she has done 3 of my 4 tattoo's. Loved them when I got them and still very happy with them. Recently made an appointment for my boyfriend. Laura was not available. But I have seen on Facebook lots of Blair's work and made an appointment for him with her. We will go back. Blair covered up some initials and cleaned up an existing tattoo for my boyfriend. She is very sweet and does a wonderful job.

I have a full leg tattoo which gets compliments all the time, and I am so happy with all of the work she has done. I will go nowhere else for my tattoos!
Review Source:Okay, All the Napa locals have heard of flying colors tattoo. It used to be known as the place NOT to go get tattoos. NOT anymore!!!! This place has changed 110% for the better. They have new equipment, new chairs, and the decor is fantastic! I went in to Lady Blair because I needed a tattoo touch up. My tattoo was done by a friend in her house, unprofessionally. Lady Blair made my tattoo AMAZING! She also told me if I ever do need a touch up on her work I can do it for free! FREE!!! FREE!!! I was extremely impressed by her professionalism. I have three tattoos and had only had one done at a shop before. The tattoo I had done in a shop was a pretty basic walk in and we will do it type scenario. Didn't clean down the table I laid on, but used fresh needles and all that jazz. I watched Lady Blair wash down the chair I was about to lay down on, lined all her equipment with plastic covering, laid cling wrap on her tray to keep in sanitary (After she had washed it), and made everything very clean. I felt as though I was in a great environment. She looked at my tattoo and immediately threw ideas at me as to how to make it better. She asked me before she did anything, but I could tell that she was genuinely interested in making my tattoo the best that it could be! I am excited to go to her again in the future!

She made me feel comfortable and relax that I didn't feel much pain.  Over all, it was such a great experience that I would come back if I want another tattoo. It is a little bit far from where I live but  is worth the trip.

Â It was a very comfortable and friendly environment and I will definitely be returning when it's time for another tattoo... Â My tattoo in particular was custom designed and is still vibrantly beautiful to this day, 1 year later. Â I am so happy with it! It's on my shoulder and I look forward to wearing tank-tops just so I can show it off. Â My husband's tattoo design was drawn up by Laura herself and it turned out so amazing! My mom's tattoo was her first and she is extremely satisfied, already contemplating her next tattoo, and ready to go back to FCT!
Can't wait to return to FCT for another tattoo! Highly recommend this shop. If you're wanting a tattoo, make the drive to FCT, it'll be the best
