Absolutely traumatizing. Went here to get matching tattoos with my boyfriend worst experience of my life. Rex is a horrible manager tattoo artist and person. When doing the stencil I asked him to let my boyfriend go first he said no. I said I wasn’t ready yet and that I didn’t want the stencil he put on me on my body forever and he pulled my arm down and just started tattooing me while I was freaking out about it. During our time in the shop he made many transphobic comments, made fun of his coworkers, made fun of clients, the tattoos we were getting after I already got mine, was rude to everyone who came in, as well as called. He also laid the stencil wrong on my boyfriend at least 4 times and he asked him to fix it and he responded with “are you really going to make me use another f**king stencil”. Charged 300$ for easily the worst two tattoos I’ve ever seen. My boyfriend went in to ask for a refund since he obviously has lost all credibility in tattooing and said over the phone to come back in three weeks to get a refund when its healed since I do not live in the state. He screamed at my boyfriend in front of his coworkers and said he was going to tell everyone he raped his sister which is a complete and total false accusation as absolutely disgusting to hear as a woman who is a survivor how little an allegation of that nature means to him, especially involving his sister. He then threw 100$ at my boyfriend and screamed at him to get out of the store. Do not go here. They deserve none of your time or money. I can’t even put words into how unprofessional and disgusting this experience was. For the woman that work here and sit idly by while these events have taken place, I hope you can find a job working with people who will give you respect and treat you with kindness, no one should be that scared of their boss.
