Can't complain. Come here as support and chauffeur, but got to experience all of it.
Atmosphere:
The lounge/waiting area was very comfortable with nice soft couches, or hard chairs and a table if you prefer, and a giant TV and if you're the only one there, you are king of the TV. Plenty of plants and if you really want the outdoors, it's right outside.
If you have visitors while you're getting tatted or want to be visited, it's an easy walk through a doorway into a set of cubes where each artist is posted. All the design examples and portfolios are in binders and books everywhere in the lobby for you to get ideas/examples of what can happen.
People:
The staff is friendly and hilarious, and obviously talented. We all ordered food together for the long day of tatting and split the bill and ate during tat breaks. There was a little bit of wait for them to set up and get settled in, but once it got going it was going well. Don't bring your kids in and ask them to sketch something that you won't let your kid have eventually--you will get backlash. These guys are serious, but I respect that--they're a business, don't waste their time.
Location:
There is a small amount of parking right outside, but I'm sure you can park on the yard area if it's for some reason super packed. My biggest complaint is the location. Not too much to do around there, and it's a drive even from Baltimore. There aren't too many good food places around, either--but Kent Island Seafood is pretty legit, less than a mile away.
Talent:
Amazing tattoos, several artists to choose from or look at art with. There is a minimum cost, so don't expect to go in and get a tiny $50 tat done. They do nice pieces of body artwork. Make an appointment if you're getting a big piece done just in case.
