I do have to say that Immortal is probably the best tattoo and piercing shop I've been to in the Valley. It's been a while since I've been in, but I work in the same complex, and their shop is always busy, clean, and presentable.

I've been there three times for three different piercings. Walking into the shop is always nice, as ever time I'm greeted by someone, whether they're not doing anything or if they're working with a client. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and is never pushy and they never hover-- things I HATE about some other places.

Anyhow, I've been in to see Morgan, like I mentioned, on three separate occasions. One for a Monroe, another for a neck surface piercing, and the other for lower back dermals. Morgan really knows what he's talking about. Assuming he's been doing this for a long time, he seems calm, experienced and professional-- characteristics that are lacking in many other artists around the Valley. He always does top notch work, and I have NEVER had a problem with any of the work he has done on me. They always use sterile and fresh needles here too, so don't be worried about cleanliness or infection.

The prices are also very reasonable as well. The prices of each piercing I've gotten here have been much more competitive than other shops, and for the quality you get, you really can't beat it.

Without a doubt, Immortal will always get my business!

I came here for a standard lobe re-piercing after being quoted for twice the amount across the street at wisemagic and being told to come back the next day because their piercer wasn't in. Turned out, immortal art could take me then and there, and ended up only charging me for the price of the jewelry since the old hole hadn't quite closed up, so no needle was required. Morgan, the full time piercer and owner was a fucking gentleman to deal with. In the end I spent a quarter(1/4!)of what wisemagic would have charged me, and had a very comfortable and quick experience there. Furthermore, the jewelry selection was far superior at immortal.

Bottom line is for piercings don't bother with anywhere else. Immortal rocks!

Update: just got an industrial done. In and out in about 20 minutes; it was cheap, relaxed and once again Morgan kicked ass.

Went in to Immortal with my sister yesterday when she wanted to get a piercing.  The guys were really nice.  And I think considering she was a little nervous, the chatting helped her to calm down a bit.  Also, when she was feeling a little faint after the piercing was done, I believe it was Morgan, was really great about taking the time to make sure she felt fine again before we left.  Overall, a nice, easy, and almost pain-free experience ;)
