For Ink lovers.... Ink Couture, owned and operated by Frank Russo @ 6264 Amboy Road in Staten Island , NY  ... is the place to go.  It's incredibly off the hook ~ totally state of the art. Immaculate. It's a place you don't want to leave.  The Artists are amazing, as is the owner, Frank.  You actually have to see this place to believe it's beauty and elegance.  T-Shirts, Bling, and other items for sale are arranged impeccably in display cases.  If you are in the market for a new Tattoo or piercing, make a little field trip to Ink Couture and enjoy!  I know you will return...  We are definitely fans and you have to see this place to believe it.  It takes a lot to make me rave about something --- and this is my new interest!  I am so loving it... I know you will too...
