Clean, efficient, reasonable pricing, and skilled artists. My boyfriend and I went a few weeks ago and while we didn't call ahead for an appointment they were able to take him that day. I was a little worried the woman would rush through the process but not at all! He had Sherry and she rocks! She definitely took her time with both the outline and fill. I think we were there for a total of three hours. While he did take good care of it afterwards I have to say I've never seen a tattoo heal as well as his did. No scabbing at all.

I'm not sure when the time will be that I'll want a tattoo but when I do- I'm definitely going to Inksanity!

This place is terrible! A girlfriend of mine and I went in one day a couple weeks ago and wanted to get a matching einstein quote. 13 words. Fairly small font. The receptionist was really nice but you can tell she was either new or had no idea what she was talking about. Told her what we wanted and she went to the back to ask a female tattoo artist what the cost was- the lady told her "$15 dollars per letter" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! so my quote was $780 something. Haha!!! I was like "uh well I'm not paying that for a tattoo the size of my hand" so she asked a different female tattoo artist "the lady laughed and was like "who told you that?! No that's wrong" so she ended up quoting me like $180. Which I agreed to. Gave the receptionist my number and said we would be back after 6:30 when I got off work. She said she would call to confirm if they had that time. She called and said we had to be there at 6:30 and i asked if we could do 6:40. So she put me on hold to ask. The lady says "absolutely not". So I get off work early to make it there on time- hit traffic and was 15 mins late. We get in and hear the tattoo artist talking crap about us then she sees us. "YOU'RE LATE!" us-"sorry we tried to make here as fast as we could. We planned our whole day around this appt" "WELL IM NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO DO IT" meanwhile there is a guy (who happens to be my neighbor) that was just browsing the tattoo books while the other artists were just talking. They didn't even close until 8. Can't speak on behalf of their talent, but their customer service and attitudes SUCK. went to MARLOWE INK and had a great experience. Took about 20 mins for each of our tattoos and was less expensive. Definitely going back there for my second tattoo and will NEVER recommend this place. I'll have my friend post her experience as well!

Although their location is about an hour away from DC, the travel is worth it. They have 2-3 tattoo artist there.  Sherry was the one I had.  Although my art work wasn't anything elaborate, I was very pleased with her work.  My friend was pleased with the touch up Kim had done with her tattoo.

Not only do they provide ink work, they do piercing.  Although I've never had one, I hear Sharon is the best.  She, as well as the rest of the staff, is very friendly.

Side tip:  The store is located in an office type building off of Rt 7, near Leesburg Corner Outlets.  In addition, there are places to grab lunch in Olde Towne Leesburg.  A winery is down the street (off of Rt15.)

James is absolutely talented. I had him draw my concept on the spot--it looked better when he drew it than it did in my head. He handled the tattoo with a level of professionalism I have never seen in this industry. He has a great sense of humor also, so while you are nervous and he is tattooing, he will make you smile.

Studio is super clean, staff very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Side note--I learned that you should tip your Tattoo Artist if you are pleased with the work.

I am going back for my second tattoo (4th altogether) with James in a couple weeks!

I got two tattoos from this place! One from Sherry and another from James, like oh my god, 4 years ago. That's so long ago! Wow, anyway, so my experience was regular. Both were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable about getting my second and third tattoos. My favorite person there isn't there anymore because he has his own shop called The Body Gallery so my friends and I go there mostly now. As I said, it was awhile ago so I'm not sure about how accurate these remarks are now!

    Clean. Friendly. Wonderful.

I know the owner James, he did my heartagram tattoo. He did a fantastic job. I dont go anywhere else for my work. When you get your tat done, request HIM AND ONLY HIM!

As for peircings, tey do an ok job, i got alot of my peircings from the older woman sharon or shannon (forget) and she messed up my lip ring.

Remember to always shop around before getting something done!

    Extremely Clean and Friendly!

People who may look a little intimidating are actually really kind and good to talk with.  My wife had her nose pierced here as well as a tattoo done.   They went over every detail and answered any questions she had.  Overall she had a great experience both times and would definately recommend anyone to go here.

They don't push you into anything you don't feel comfortable with, or try to sell you.
