readers must know, this review is for the current apprentice, tyson, who has been working there for some time, unfortunately paid little attention to detail and really screwed up a simple tattoo. I write this for the potential clients that may be getting their first, or something 'little' that may seem like you can't screw it up, but you can. I've had a lot of work, large and small, done at various locations, some extremely custom, some simple flash work. I came to the shop with a simple, 14 star constellation (big & little dipper) I wanted to match one I already had (southern cross). I have been hearing such great things about the shop and the apprentice and it wasn't complicated so I wasn't worried. first thing that was off, he quoted $80 for the piece My gut told me wasn't worth that much (based on other market quotes and work). Shop minimum I was told was $65. I thought, well, if he kicks ass at this that will be fine. Unfortunately it was a TERRIBLE experience. Its hard to believe how this happened as I had a matching tattoo that served as an example and I provided line up of the constellation. I expressed the placement was extremely important and the North Star was what was the most important of all the stars, the rest was for context. the six point stars were VERY lopsided and when finished the placement was off, and while he was tying to make it right it just kept getting worse. I could go on but I think that serves enough. I feel anyone could have done better that what I got. I paid $60, because I would have felt too terrible to not pay anything, but I wish i would have given him $10. I am the type of person that would usually internalize this type of thing: maybe I wasn't clear enough, maybe I could have provided better direction? But I am not a newbie to tattoos and I do feel that a professional working in this industry would perform better, and take the care to make sure he was getting it right. I decided not to make a huge stink about it because being around the shop and the group at the shop and knowing the reputation on dealing with confrontation, I was afraid the owner would have directed the fault at me, and nothing would have helped anyway. I hope this feedback is helpful for professional growth, but what was done is done, and it wasn't worth the conflict or potential drama. Unless you are going to see Enzo, I will never recommend this shop again for tattoos.

This was the most unprofessional tattoo experience ever!  Booked the appointment, placed a deposit, and got a price quote. One the day of the tattoo the price doubled so I declined the service. I was told the deposit was a "booking" fee and I also owed the shop a set up fee for performing absolutely ZERO work during a time when nobody else was in the shop! No where is this standard practice! What a joke! The owner doesn't seem to have even a fifth grade eduaction! Arrogant, misleading, rude, worst customer service ever!
