I wouldn't let my dog's fleas get a tattoo by this guy. He must have been high on something. He was supposed to do some lettering on my friend and he didn't even spell it right. Good thing I caught it before he tattooed "renegrade" on my friend. His place is filthy. Dirty underwear all over the place. His bathroom was just gross. I overheard him saying he was friends with the health department inspector and he could tattoo out of his house since he did a job for them. Really? OMG! I can't believe this eff-wad.
