Judy is the master. Â She owns a beautiful and clean shop, professional service, beautiful designs and freehand, plus she's quick. Â Would highly recommend Judy for all art pieces but if you want the best underwater art she rocks it.

I live in LA but wanted a unique, original Mermaid tattoo on my back. Â Went to see Judy and she desiged an awesome full back design. Â Traveled to SD once a month for nine months to get it done. Â She's incredible.

I had three tattoos done here. Â They get the most compliments out of any other tattoo I have, even from people who normally hate tattoos. Â You can come in here with a well thought out design, and if it looks bad, it wasn't the artists fault because they put onto your skin exactly what you give them. Â Unless it's totally messed up and it needs a redesign. Â I've always tipped here on the heavy side because the work is just tops.
