  I went to Lorraine for the first time three years ago after an illness caused me
  to lose a lot of my eyelashes and eyebrows.  I was extremely insecure going in but Lorraine was the sweetest person and made me feel completely at ease.  I had my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed on and I am beyond thrilled with the results.  My eyebrows look so natural and the color is perfect.  In the last three years I have only had to have them touched up once and they frame my face perfectly.  I haven't had to have my eyeliner touched up yet and it is still perfect.  It hasn't faded at all and sometimes I can go without any mascara at all because the permanent liner is so great.  
  Lorraine clearly has tons of experience which is clear just talking to her and asking her questions.  My grandma, mom, boss and several friends have gone to her since me and recently I recommended a few women with breast cancer to go to her for their make up but also for nipple tattooing following breast cancer and mastectomies.
