ok so im in my 40's and going to get my first tattoo, walked into Lucky 7 where I  spoke with a clerk for around 2-3 minutes regarding pictures that he might have with something similar to what i wanted (I want my tattoo behind my ear). When this clerk began ranting and raving and actually expressed verbally to me "How Fucken Stupid my question were". This person took what was suppose to be very special moment to me and literally flushed it down the toilet.

I started out thinking I was going to memorate my sisters passing and instead left in a dumbfounded state. That someone in a business setting or any setting would speak to another person in that manner was the most shocking, hurful and rude experience I have EVER had in my life.

PS I rated them 1 star because they didnt have a zero star.

I came here years ago and got my rib cage pierced..
The guy was super nice and I like that they had a room in the back for privacy where I got mine. Lol, I was more shy back then didn't want people to see me shirtless
Anyway, the other members of staff was cool with me afterwards and it's a cute little setup inside.
As for tattoos, when I came with a friend a different guy didn't even ask us for help. I thought that was real rude.

I got my cartilage pierced and my friend got her belly button pierced here. The cartilage piercing including jewelry was 30 bucks total. Really great price. Most charge 30 for piercing and another 30 for jewelry.

Super professional with the needle for both piercings. Internal threading for the jewelry. Gloves and sanitizer before and after each piercing. Good aftercare advice and I was given a card to call about any problems and for jewelry changing if necessary.

It's been over 6 months since the piercing and it healed quickly and beautifully within two months. Definitely would go back for future piercings when I'm in the Inland Empire.
