With a city that seems to have a tattoo/piercing shop on every corner Lunar Eclipse stands tall above them all! Â I have checked out just about every tattoo shop in Saginaw and Wayne has got to be the best artist Saginaw has to offer. Â The shop is very clean and sterile. Â The only down side is that it is a little hard to find. Â Check them out and thank me later.
