I had a horrible experience with the piercer Samantha. I wanted snake bites and I came in and my bf wanted to record my experience. She got the first one in and then the second and I hopped off and took a look and my be and I thought that the bar was to short for swelling cause it was super tight on my lip and she agreed so she wanted to do rings. She took one side out and could not get the ring In. Then she said the camera was making her nervous and asked to turn it off so we did. Still could get it in so she asked me to come back in 2 weeks to have it re pierced.

Few days with just that one piercing I woke up to the piercings coming through the hole. Not only was the bar too short but the ball was too small. I tried calling for help and she wasn't in and wouldn't be for a few days. I had to stick some cardboard between the ball and my lip. So I ended up going to high priestess for some proper jewelry. A day later she texted me (not call to see if I was ok) she was nice but horrible horrible service.

Love the staff very personable and friendly :) great, unique environment as well!
