I have no complains about the piercer, he was great, professional, fast and take care of your questions.

2 stars were taken away for the girls at the front desk. They really shouldn't be working the front counter or answer any questions, not on top of things nor know a lot. We came in on a Saturday without an appointment thinking the wait won't be too bad. When we walked in no one was inside. Soon after we paid and she told us  the number a group of 10 people walked in. I then quickly asked if they were before us because they didn't check in with them. She said yes, 6 people are in front of us.

WHAT THE HECK. At least tell me before I pay and make sure the timing is going be okay?

We waited for an hour before our number was called. Thank goodness the piercer was quick enough and my piercing wasn't so complicated, and he got us out of there fast afterward. Another 15 mins of waiting I will have to demand a refund and rush to a pre-arranged event.

Overall though, the place is clean and price was great. Aside from the waiting and front desk staff with slight attitude problems- I will recommend this place.

I don't have a complaint about this place. The first second I walk in they are there helping. They answered every question and explained to me how to properly clean my piercing. I would recommend just paying ten dollars for the H2o solution, you might be getting another one. The girl at the counter helped me pick out my piercing and size. Once the paper work was filled out we went to the back room. The place is pristine everything was spotless and I love the black and white nude photographs. I sat down and the guy came in ( the owner). He asked if I was sure if I wanted to get a 14g labret because the pain level is a little higher than a 16g. I switched out and I am glad I did because it was the perfect size. I used mouth wash and sat down and he was very fast I relaxed and it was just 1 second of deep pain. It was over with a snap of a finger. I highly recommend this place and the people there are very sweet.

Pierced nose and had to return a few days later for a longer post, was not compassionate and rude. He said "fourth day the worst day - take advil" duh, I already am.  I understand they can't tell how much you will swell, but whn I went back he said "oh you have a thick nose, we should use a longer post" well why didn't you do that before piercing me.

I went back (shame on me) to get a jewelry change after healed, was looking for a different style nose ring and was sold a lip stud (I didn't know).  Which ended up again causing major problems and was a too big of a diameter.  But again, dude never asked what was my intent or was this really what I wanted - just sit, pull, push and goodbye.

However, this led me to look up other shops and led me to the most "awesome" shop; which helped heal my nose and sold me the right jewelery because they actually care about their clients and wanted to know what I wanted. Look at my other reviews to learn where you should go for awesome service.

Low down, Milano charged $75 for the lip stud(sold as a nose stud) and other shop had the same piece for charged $20. I think they are impersonal and mark up the jewelry too much - look on the internet folks.

SO if you have been here, write a review - people are listening to you.
