I started having my hair styled and highlighted by Char Cook a few months ago, as I was tired of my former stylist not listening to me.  Char has given me the best highlights I've ever had, and my unruly, curly/wavy hair looks pretty damn cute!  She also has a snappy sense of humor, and it's fairly easy to get an appointment, although you need to do it with a couple of weeks notice.  She works late on Thursdays, which is a boon for us working stiffs.

The salon also does nails, waxing and ear piercing if you need some other services.
