I have personally only been here once, friends have been more frequent customers.
My personal experience...was mediocre. The hospitality was alright, friendly enough.
What I didn't like... A) I chose a simply tattoo. Ok. Lovely. Then they sat and passed around the job right in front of me, as if it was "Too simple" for the more experience tattoo artists. I get it, it's easy, but I found it insulting to do right in front of me.
B) I got the tattoo, it was fine. When it healed, the color was quite a bit different than what I had asked for/ different than the photo I had brought in. (The coloring was crucial to an accurate portrayal.) When I brought this up for touch-ups, the artist sat and argued with me and got defensive, instead of just fixing it. Â It made me really uncomfortable.
I've heard good things about Jason, however, from a few friends.
So I would just take a look through portfolios and past work to get an idea of style and art skills before you chose an artist here.
