I've been pierced there 3 times- Rook, tragus, cartilage, and they've  helped me with changing my jewelry and given me help with cleaning tips. I love it there. David is a great piercer, and my rook didn't even hurt. The other girl piercer did the others, and although I have yet to know her name, we've talked quite a lot while I've been there. I will definitely go there for future piercings. (hopefully getting my lip done soon)
I know people who have gotten tattoos there too, but I wouldn't, because the tattoo area doesn't look too sanitary, but hey, Judge for yourself. It's a great place. And they have 10 dollar piercings on Thursdays! (tragus was 15, because its considered irregular)

Got another helix done here about 3 weeks after my first review. When I was driving home I noticed.. The top piercing was a 14 g. And the bottom a standard 16 g, so the rings were touching and it looked way too crowded. I was kind of annoyed I was pierced at different sizes without being asked so I drove back in to get my 14 g a smaller CBR.  I had to buy another ring, but I am planning to stretch it back up so I didn't mind too much.

Kat changed it for me- I've had her a few times and she is very nice and put up with all my stupid questions, and she definitely knows her stuff.

It turns out they DO have aftercare sheets (which are pretty comprehensive), but the other guy forgot to give it to me the first time. I've moved to Dallas since then and I only further appreciate their prices as compared to the 50 dollar fees they charge up here...

Best place ever!! The 5 star rating they  hold as an average is absolutely deserved.

I started going in to North Texas Tattoo a few years back for piercings-
They do $10 Thursdays- any regular piercing [INCLUDING JEWELRY] is only $10 bucks!! That deal has kept me coming back and using North Texas exclusively for all my piercing needs.

As I began to be around some, I became friendly with the staff. Everyone is SUPER nice and really knowledgeable.

Tattooist couple Kristal and Danny are absolutely amazing artists! And, David, the shop owner does great work as well. I have had work done by both Kristal and David, and though i have a lot of "work-in-progress" pieces, everything looks amazing; heals well; and ages very gracefully. You will not get a bad tattoo out of this shop ever!

Their piercer, Kat, is really cool and has done a number of my piercings- she is not only good at getting placement just right, but everything is super straight and heals up nicely. I'm not saying it doesn't hurt- but she's quick and pretty gentle!

There just isn't a better shop in the midcities... maybe in the metroplex even ;-)

I got my nose pierced tonight! Quick and almost painless? haha
It was only $10 and they were quick about it.
No after care instructions, so I had to look it up. Meh, I will live. They weren't very talkative at all tonight, but I think I will go back again.
I got a rhinestone in mine, but you could also get a silver ball.

$10 piercing Thursday? It ain't no rumor. It's the truth.

I needed/wanted/HAD to get my nose pierced. As soon as I moved to night shift (and thus could dodge management) I decided the time has come. Yelp! led me here, like all my solid gems.

After I filled out the form, read the bodily injury warnings, verified my age, sat on a fluffy pleather couch, mocked the ugly anime tattoos on the wall and played Connect-Four on my phone, I was led into the back. The heavily pierced chick told me to pick a side, then drew on it with a Sharpie. Placement was verified, and after a horrifying six seconds, I was ready to go.

The whole ordeal + jewelry= $10. Even. As in a ten dollar bill and no change. Letting my mom find out on Mother's Day because I couldn't avoid her any longer: Priceless.

I still love North Texas Tattoo Co. I went a couple of weeks ago to get some piercings, and David hooked me up proper. The piercings have healed well, and he's definitely a nice dude to talk to. This is my new spot for ALL mods, whether they're piercings or tattoos. I've never been displeased with any of the work I've had done.

TIP: $10 piercings (basic only, and only above the neck I think) every Thursday.

*My five stars is based solely on the piercing aspect of this place, I haven't had any tattoos done here.*

This is a fairly new-ish place. I used to go here when I would visit my parents because they had $10 piercings for anything neck and up. I have had my nose pierced here twice, and my lip twice as well.

In addition to being CHEAP, I love the starter jewelry they offer. They don't rip you off like other shops by giving you the biggest ugliest starter jewelry ever so that you have to spend $40 to get the jewelry you actually wanted. I recently got my nose pierced with a TINY clear rhinestone screw (other places told me this was impossible to use as starter jewelry and made me wear a big, ugly, silver ball).

Since I keep ripping my piercings out, and then changing my mind and getting re-pierced, they are always really nice and knowledgable, telling me what's possible, and what's not - and what to expect (working around scar tissue, etc).

I love that everyone is tatted and pierced up here, but is still REALLY nice and friendly, not playing the "i'm more alternative than you" game. This is a GREAT place to go for your first piercing.

These days $10 piercings are only on Thursdays, it's $20 every other day, which I still think is a bitchin' deal.
