Now or Never Tattoo

Let me start by saying the guys there are really cool - laid back and easy going.  But, I had a problem with my tattoo.  The ink appeared to bleed into the surrounding skin - like a shade of black all around the tribal tattoo I got.  

I went back two times to show it to them and showed it to three guys.  I gut a "huh" sort of response.  They weren't mean or anything, but they had no idea what it was.

After going on the internet and searching for the word "tattoo blowout" I came to find out that this is a blowout.  I'll post a pic soon so you can see.  It hasn't really gone away since I got the tattoo in September.
