I took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced here. Â Of course I was nervous, but the staff was very patient and friendly. Â They took their time to get them well aligned. Â They did a great job. Â A male employee helped me, but I forgot his name. Â He was awesome! Â
And the earrings were wonderful. Â I took my other daughter to Claire's but the earrings kept falling out. Â These were 14K and have not fallen out once. Â Very important when you have a baby, and you don't want them to choke.
They did an outstanding job! By far, the best place to get your ears pierced! As a dad, my standards are extremely high and they achieved well beyond my expectations. The employee was so caring with my little girl and made her feel so comfortable throughout the process not to mention the prices are much more reasonable than Claire's. The company Piercing Pagoda is owned by Zale Jewelers so you know your getting nothing but the best gold. My daughter was happy and I would recommend Piercing Pagoda to all my friends. A great experience for the both of us and I will be back once they heal for more earrings for her.
Review Source:NEVER GO HERE! When I initially got my ears pierced it was fine. but when I needed to get paperwork about my piercing it was like pulling teeth! I called them at least five times. And when I finally got a hold of a manager, she was rude and not helpful at all.
you're better off going to Claire's, wish I had!!
The Piercing Pagoda in the Roseville Galleria Mall is definitely the best place to get your ears pierced! Well, at least if you're lucky enough to have Brent Williams working at the time - just like he said, he has the most experience piercing ears in that mall and probably any mall!
I'm a pretty neurotic mother of an almost 6 year old who had been begging to get her ears pierced for quite some time. She suddenly decided she wanted it done immediately and therefore, I did some quick frantic research, looking for the best place to do this.
Since Tattoo/Piercing places won't do children under 14, we decided to head to the Roseville Galleria - there we would at least have a choice between Claire's/Icing or Piercing Pagoda. Piercing Pagoda is a kiosk, which initially concerned me, but they have been there for many years. I asked the sales clerk at the nearby "Justice For Girls" clothing shop for their recommendation and they suggested Piercing Pagoda - in fact, she herself had her ears pierced by them 8 years ago and said she refers moms and daughters there all the time with out ever having anybody come back with negative feedback.
Brent was great with answering all of my crazy questions and listening to my concerns. And then he was also great dealing with my excited little girl and anxious parents. He wanted to make sure I was 100% pleased and didn't mind that I asked him to redo the dots several times, just a smidgen here and there.
In the end, they came out PERFECT and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience!
I feel very fortunate to have found Brent Williams at Piercing Pagoda in the Roseville Galleria!
