I went in to see about getting a cover-up tattoo and the guy behind the counter was rude and gave me an attitude when informing me that I would not be able to get the design I wanted to cover my old tat unless it was at least 6 inches long. He was a jerk so I took my business a few doors down where they did an awesome cover-up in the design I wanted and it was only 3.5 inches! I guess the guy at Precision may have not had the skill to do what the other shop could, but there was no need to treat paying customers that way.  Not friendly at all!
