I recently got my first tattoo at Primary Concepts from Joe and could not have asked for a better experience!! Â Joe was extremely open to taking time to sketch an image I'd been contemplating for a few years and provided great ideas to tailoring the image to work with my body. Â The final sketch looked amazing and the finished piece looks better than I could've imagined! In addition to excellent work he also gave great advice for aftercare which made the healing process a breeze!
Because of this I definitely recommend Joe and Primary Concepts to anyone interested in getting ink. Â Needless to say, if I decide to get more tattoos I'll be returning to this artist. Â
P.S. This isn't a 'janky' tattoo shop so be prepared to pay for quality and be sure to tip well :)
Yet again.....Phil is the master of ink!!!!
He rocked out Snow White's Bluebirds on my shoulders!! Absolutely the best place when you want to get a tattoo. Make an appointment and get your a$$ down here!!! I drive from Pinole to Davis just to come to Primary Concepts!! WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
I went to Primary Concepts last April to get a tattoo done on my arm, unaware that Picnic Day is one of the very few days they were closed. Instead of telling us to come back another time, Johnny let us in and did my tattoo on the spot, on his own time. Apart from him, this place does deserve the full five stars. They are very friendly here and easy to talk to; checking frequently to make sure you're comfortable and in not too much pain. The studio itself isn't very big but there are about four-five stations inside and decorated quite nicely. It's neatly organized and very sterile. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that I couldn't trust them with the work. (Seeing as tattoos are permanent, any small sign would've sent me packing anyway) I wouldn't hesitate to go back and get more work done with them in the future, even if it means a long drive away from the Bay Area.
Oh, and just a note to future patrons, they are cash only, so make sure you have your bills on hand!
I went to Gus Martinez to get 2 of my faded tattoos touched up. He was very nice and welcoming, and even though I've been tattooed before, he answered every question I had like I had never been tattooed before. He made me feel important and never acted rude or degrading. We had a nice conversation while he fixed my tattoos, and was even interested to hear about my nursing career. I highly recommend this tattoo shop, especially Gus. Thank you fellow yelpers for recommending Primary Concepts!
Review Source:I went in to see Jonny for a small tattoo and he drew it up and it looked good.  I ask for purple and he added this bright pink color to it  and told me it would fade.  It DID NOT!  I went back to him and he put gray over it to tone it down.  That did not work. I really dislike the color of this tattoo!  The bottom of it looks weird.  He said he could put a lily pad underneath the lotus flower if I wanted. Now he saws He could not make me happy. WOW!  I have unrealistic expectations!  Not a nice thing to say to me when I have given him good feed back. I am very unhappy with Jonny!
Review Source:I went to 3 different tattoo places before finding this one. It was accidental because we were in davis and i just yelped tattoo parlors and this one came up. But i went and took a look. Jessica was nice although doing her own thing. I told her what i wanted(a bit unsure) and she told me i should think about it before doing it. After going to 3 shops by now my small hakuna matata tatto became something with flowers and all that. But i decided with my original plan. I looked at the books and saw that she was a great artists. Beautiful sketches of random stuff the place didnt look like a regular shop. More like an art museum. She printed out the photo of what i wanted and turned it into a piece of art on my chest. Came out better than i can imagine!! Will be coming again!!
Review Source:April 8th 2013 Just had my first session with Steve Shippey and he's an awesome artist. I came in a couple weeks before that with an idea and he took it and ran with it drawing me a customized version of The Arch-angles battling the evil. It's like a paused movie scene super sick can't wait for my next appointment. I'll post a picture once it's done
Review Source:I did a ton of research before coming here to get my rook pierced. I plan on getting some tattoos eventually, and this was just a small step to ensure that I did indeed have the right place for later, and boy was it! The process was great and the pricing was reasonable, especially since, as the old adage says, you get what you pay for.
I came in before I was planning on getting my piercing done to just kinda check out the shop and make sure it was clean and all that jazz. Satisfied, I waited until I had the time and an opportunity to make my way down to the shop. I didn't bother scheduling an appointment, because in my experience, it's not generally necessary for a piercing. The piercer, Freddy, walked me through the process and all the general information before even printing my paperwork for me. He told me the jewelry he was going to put in before the process as well (a curved barbell, the best start for a rook). During the process, he was extremely informative and kept me aware of exactly what was happening and when. He was very calm, which helped me keep my cool, and the pierce itself was really well done (I trusted his placement entirely). Great detail on the aftercare, and even though I'd already had some cartilage pierced and knew the process, he insisted he say it again so that I was very sure I knew what I was doing. A month later, and it's healing very well and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever.
Overall, an EXTREMELY pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back here to get any work done in the future. Thanks Primary Concepts!
I got my first tattoo here. I went in a week before asking for a price quote and Johnny helped me with my questions. He's very professional and very easy to talk to, then he scheduled me for the following Saturday.
I went in on Saturday and I told him I was here for my appointment. I really liked how he remembered what I wanted because he told me he was actually looking up designs for me before I even got there. After the paperwork and stuff, he sat me down on the went to work. He was very kind and gentle because he asked me if it was my first tattoo and I told him that it was my first time. He told me he'll do some lines first so I could get used to the feeling. During the process, he would ask me how I was doing and he asked me about my day and stuff. He made me feel super comfortable while getting it done. I do recommend him. Also he's pretty cute tooo!
I had a great time here getting my nipples pierced. The piercer was professional yet still funny and engaging. The cost for the procedure and jewelry is standard. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five is that my left piercing is slightly askew--to his credit, though, he did warn me that that could happen (it depends if the nipple is erect or not, and it's not like he can control for that). Nevertheless, I'm definitely going to patronize this spot in the future.
Review Source:Yesterday I decided to get a tattoo. Â It was last minute and a tribute to a family member that passed away on Tuesday. Â My tattoo artist for the last 6 years moved away and I figured that I was done getting tattoos because I didn't want to have to find another artist.
I called the studio yesterday and talked to Johnny who said he could get me right in. Â I went in and told him what I was looking for, he drew it up and moments later I was getting the tattoo done. Â Johnny did an amazing job!! Â I am so pleased with how precise his work is and am happy to carry this piece with me for life. Â I know I will be back!
For piercings go to Freddy. He is the chillest guy ever. Very professional and takes his job with such pride. I went in to get my second lobe piercing on Halloween. They were having amazing $31 tattoos and piercings were $5.
Freddy did a great job. He made extra sure that everything was clean and I was fully aware of the procedure happening. He triple checked that the placement of the piercing was exact and precise. It was so great to know that such professional and exact work could be done at such an affordable price.
I wold reccomend this place to anyone wanting their piercings or tattoo work. They are the coolest group of people in a tattoo and piercing parlor ever.
I've been here twice. Both times, I've worked with Gus Martinez. The first time, he touched up a flower for me that I'd gotten with another artist, and it turned out to be really beautiful. He blended some orange and purple in there. At first I was skeptical, but it turned out to be really really nice.
This past week, he did an outline of a phoenix for me for a really reasonable price. I love it. He doesn't have a heavy hand and he has really clean lines. He's great. I'm going to go back and get color in later, but for now, I'm just satisfied with what I've got. Â
The place itself is clean, and they have four artists now. I haven't worked with any of them, just Gus, but they seem really nice and legit. On top of that, they're also REALLY NICE and accommodating and nonjudgmental. I loved it. I'll definitely be going back.
Came here to get my glass retainer out of my helix piercing and decided to buy a smaller captive ring for it too. I paid about $20 for the captive ring and the piercing guy changed it and everything too! The ring didn't go in very easily so he used like 3 different (sterilized!) tools to pop it in. Yaayy for cleanness!
Awesome service. I just walked in and he helped me. 5 stars all the way. Quick and easy!
For starters I created a Yelp account just so I can write a review about this place and my artist Jonny.
It has been awhile since I've gotten a tattoo and decided after 8 years, I needed to get my tattoos touched up. Through extensive research via Yelp I decided to go with Primary Concepts. I came in knowing I wanted to do a touch up and an add on. My artist's name was Jonny and let me tell you...he exceeded my expectations! I came in with an idea, showed him the tattoo on my hip that I wanted touched/add on. I gave him pics of what I wanted but gave him free range to come up with his own concept. Â Needless to say after 4 hours of forgotten pain, I was extremely blown away by Jonny's work! Not only was he professional, down to earth, but his work is extremely spectacular. Â I cannot recommend Jonny enough! I will definitely be coming back to see him in the future. Trust me people you will NOT be disappointed! Go see Jonny!!!
Wow, where do I begin?
I went to Gus Martinez to begin my first tattoo ever. My all time favorite movie is The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, so I wanted a thigh piece incorporating some images from the film.  Gus is my boyfriend and mom's tattoo artist, so I'd seen a ton of his previous work and knew I was in good hands. But boy was I still nervous. The consultation went great, and after discussing our ideas I was  presented with an amazing drawing. My first session was nerve wrecking, as it was my first time being drilled on with a tattoo gun. But Gus kept me calm, entertained, and fed me a buttload of jolly ranchers to keep my blood sugar up. After a couple fairly short sessions I am beyond happy with the finished product. Gus rules! I can't wait to go back and get more amazing work put on my body.
Oh, and the shop itself is fantastic. Clean and equipped with rad music and decor. The entire staff is friendly and kicks ass at their jobs. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I commute all the way from Sac because I love it here so much.
I got my first tattoo here a couple of years ago, and I STILL recommend this place to anyone looking to get some work done. I absolutely loved it!
I had gone in to make an appointment and ask some questions, and not only did I get my questions answered, but the artist brought me inside, showed me all of the equipment and explained how it worked and what I could expect, and let me watch as she prepared for her next client. I could see how sterile everything was and I felt very comfortable being there. It just has a comforting, relaxing vibe. Highly recommended!
Worth every freaking penny.
People stop me in the street all the time to ask about my sea turtle, which Jessica tattooed on my calf a couple years ago. It's freaking gorgeous and she's amazing. Take advantage of her presence before she's on T.V. or in S.F. or L.A. (god forbid) or something.
Also she's very, very nice.
If you go to Jessica, you WILL get a spectacular tattoo and that is a guarantee. I won't go anywhere else, ever.
The shop is clean, professional, and friendly.
I send everybody I know here who wants good work done. She has also done incredible work on my husband.
This place is just off the charts! I got my tattoo done here and still in the process of finishing up my sleeve. I've recommended this place to all my friend and each one of them love the end result. Great people, cool atmosphere and so much talent gathered in one place. I personally got my tattoo done by jessica and I couldn't be happier.
Review Source:Highly recommend this establishment. It's clean, inviting and not scary for people new to tattoing. Gus Martinez does awesome work. He's done all four of mine and is always willing to work with me to get the best look. His work is detailed and absolutely beautiful. Won't go to anyone else. If you've never gotten an tattoo and like me are a chicken, Gus will put you at ease and make sure your tattoo is first rate!
Review Source:This place is amazing! I've gone with two of my friends to get their first tattoos here, and I knew there was no other place I'd go for my first as well. I wanted a phrase written on my wrist, and brought in a sample of text I liked the style of and Steve did a really wonderful job on it. He set me up for a half hour appointment at 8pm, last one of the night. We spent a long time playing with the placement on my wrist, if I wasn't 100% sure he patiently redid it until it was perfect. He went slowly, carefully, and extremely gently during the actual tattooing process. In the end, I wound up leaving closer to 9:30 to 9:45, well past closing time, but he still only charged me for a half hour. He was really fun to talk to, and overall made the whole process a really amazing experience, and I left with a beautiful tattoo. I really appreciate his patience, attention to detail, and overall dedication to his work.
Review Source:Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone. There are two other tattoo places here in Davis but this one definitely tops the list. Got my tattoo done by one of the newer artists, Steve and he did a great job! As Jennifer M. pointed out, the artists here are real artists and would happily work with you to come up with the perfect design. Also really good about giving advice (i.e. I have really tan skin and Steve was good about telling me what colors would work and what wouldn't). In short, I highly recommend this place if you want to get a tattoo done.
Review Source:This review is a little let, but nonetheless here goes.
I first discovered Primary Concepts when I heard from a friend, "A tattoo shop is looking for some skin for their apprentices to practice on." Â All I registered out of that was "free tattoo" and I was in. Â There had been a tattoo (very simple) that I had my eye on for a few months. Â People asked me if I was nervous about being someones first, or second tattoo but I figured if they could trace...they would be fine. Â My tattoo turned out perfect. Â Lines were straight and sharp. Â Everything healed nicely. Â It was a great experience. Â Only negative? Â I have no idea what my artists name was...and I feel bad, she deserves the credit. Â
I was so happy with my tattoo experience I decided to come back for my next piercing. Â My sternum. Â The piercer was great. Â I also forget his name but he was wonderful. Â He shared some funny stories and before I knew it my piercing was in place and I was ready to go. Â
I've had a couple tattoos and even more piercings over the years from various establishments and Primary Concepts is about as good as it gets....although both of these mods happened over 2 years ago but I'm sure they're still a great business.
This review is LONG overdue. Â I had a really great experience here in June 2010 when I got my first tattoo ever. Â Kai is an incredibly talented artist, and was able to take my vague directions and create a truly beautiful design that I will be proud to wear for the rest of my life. Â I can't wait to go back! Â I also love their space - very clean, bright, and aesthetically pleasing. Â And check out their awesome book collection! Â If you're looking for a little inspiration, that's a good place to start.
Review Source:I can't recommend Primary Concepts enough. This place is the only place to go in Davis for a tattoo, but I also can't imagine there being any place better in the entire Bay area.
The place is very chill, but also professional. The artists here are real artists with a lot of talent, as evidenced by their artwork which is all over the walls. You definitely won't find a wall-mounted scrapbook of stars and butterflies to page through to find your tattoo.
This definitely is the place to go, though, if you want a high quality and unique tattooing experience. I have come in twice with a vague idea of what I wanted, and Kai has taken the ideas and run with them, transforming them into something more than I could have dreamt up. While it isn't cheap, it's more than worth it considering that I wouldn't have even been able to come up with my tattoos without the help of an artist like Kai.
I also found the actual tattooing experience to be excellent, as it was much less painful than the first tattoo that I got elsewhere, and Kai was efficient and good at distraction.
Definitely as good as it gets!
If you want a rockin' tattoo in the coolest environment ever, Primary Concepts is the place to go!
I first discovered this shop when it was still in a small closet like space by Peet's coffee. I started with getting piercings with Chris Kelly (former piercer at PriCon) and then began getting tattooed by Kai Smart in 2008. I have been going back since. I've gotten tattoos by other people but NO ONE beats the quality of the tattoo and the experience you get getting tattooed here.
The shop is artfully decorated and the music they play is reminiscent of a parisian cafe! They also hold art shows here from time to time. You don't get pressured into getting something you don't want and you don't get that scummy feel of other tattoo shops. I would give this place 100 stars if I could!
They offer custom tattoos so if you want your typical chinese/tribal/butterfly tattoos, go to Urban Body. But if you want something super unique and one of a kind, PriCon will do that for you!
I got my first tattoo here in June of 2010, and I love it. My piece was pretty small (it's a word written along my finger) and my experienced inked friends thought it was a little bit pricey for what I paid. HOWEVER, for a piece of art that's gonna be with you for the rest of your life- you can't put a price on that.
My artist was Kai, and she was such an efficient and chill artist. I had brought in a font I found randomly online, and she helped me tweak it to make it more my own.
Thinking about a second piece sometime in the future, and would definitely get it done again here.
Kai Smart did my first tattoo here back in 2008. I spent a lot of time researching shops and artists before I finally decided on Primary Concepts, and I definitely made the right decision.
The studio was spacious and clean, and everyone was super friendly and professional; no pretense here. The whole thing took less than three hours, and Kai was great -- it went by quickly and relatively pain-free (though I did only get it done on my shoulder blade). And no one seemed to mind that I brought along three of my friends along for moral support. At the end, Kai told me to come back for a free touch-up after the tattoo healed, and she still honored it even though I didn't come back until nearly a year later (I made sure to tip her, of course). I'm not sure what standard tattoo pricing is, but I thought she charged very fairly.
I'd definitely recommend Kai to anyone searching for a good tattoo artist in Davis or the Sacramento area. Come to think of it, I'd probably make the two-hour drive back to Primary Concepts if I ever decide to get inked again.
Can't be happier with my new tattoo and would recommend Kai Smart to anyone. She designed something according to my (very vague) ideas, which turned out to be much more creative and interesting than I could have expected. She's very talented - I think it says a lot that you have to book her a month or so in advance. She was great to work with, has reasonable prices (from my limited experience), and works in a clean shop that lacks the attitude of some other places.
Tattoos may not be for everyone, but if you're thinking of one, go in and talk to Kai and ask her for advice and ideas. You'll be glad.
I got my first tattoo here by Kai Smart. I couldn't have planned a better experience. The shop is clean & professional. Kai is an amazing artist with a light touch (I realized how light when I got my on-a-whim on vacation 2nd tattoo done by someone else, ha!)
Her drawing skills are fantastic. The entire shop, for that fact, has an extremely talented artistic vibe to it. Everyone here you can tell treats tattoos as art, and takes their work really seriously without being a pretentious d-bag.
I had my first tattoo experience here, and with a total of 7 hours of work, every minute spent at primary concepts was a great experience. The space is calm and collected, with a lot of interesting local artwork to focus on while they tinker away at your skin. It's a sanitary setting without that institutional feeling, and they play great music in there too. Kai Smart was an amazing artist to work with. She is very flexible in helping you find the right design, and her steady hand produces amazing results - consistently as well- in looking through her design portfolio. I've not been for the concerts they had, and I'm now far away from Davis, but if you're thinking of getting inked i highly recommend this spot.
Review Source:I've been to Primary Concepts twice: one time a few years ago at their old location, and another time about a year ago. The first time I went I got my cartilage (aka helix) pierced, and the guy (I can't remember his name, sorry!) was pretty nice when I came in. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was that he assumed I was going to get a second set of earlobe piercings, or pretty much the "tamest" kind of piercing you could possibly get. I mean, I know I didn't look particularly hardcore when I went in (that is to say, I looked really nerdy when I entered the place) but he didn't need to assume. That very, very minor thing aside -- it was great, and the piercing was over in literally 2 seconds, with hardly any pain at all.
Some complications arose later when the ring on my ear started cutting into my swelling piercing (lovely, I know). I called Primary Concepts and let them know about the pain going on and they said to come on in and let them have a look at it. They very kindly removed the ring and put on a bigger ring free of charge, and said I should let them know if anything else bad came up.
My 2nd time I received a rook piercing, which was a bit more painful than the cartilage one. The piercer was really nice and told me all about how to take care of it. I think some advice I would give for piercings, though, is to call ahead and make sure that they have sterilized needles ready so you don't have to go in and find out they won't be able to pierce you that day.
I can tell that the workers at PC really want you to have the best and SAFEST experience possible. They give you a paper with instructions on how to take the best care of your piercings, and tell you a lot of information about cleaning, etc. The atmosphere is really cool, the workers are professional and the jewelry they use is top of the line and internally threaded. It might cost a bit more than the other shop in Davis, but hey, you get what you pay for! And I think if I'm going to let someone stick a needle in me, I'm willing to pay a little extra to know they get the job done right.
I just got one of my tats done here at Primary Concepts and it was a great experience. Everyone is nice, with a super chill vibe.
Jessica Cooke was someone I heard the most about, and from seeing her portfolio I was sold. Â After meeting with her, and trading ideas, we also connected a few times through email. Â A few days before, she showed me all her drawings from the ideas we talked about, and they were all great. Â I wanted to get 3 more tats just b/c I liked them so much.
One thing I heard about Jessica, was that she had a really light hand. Â They weren't kidding... Many times as she was working on me, I could either barely feel the gun, or not even at all. There were times she had to go over a real sensitive bone, but she took her time. Â She didn't drill into my skin. she would ink for a few seconds, wait another few, and then work again. Â Not once did I wince, especially when she was on thin skin.
I did not have a huge piece, but you could tell, she really took her time, and made sure every detail was being done. And I really like and appreciate that in an artist. I highly recommend her. You'll have to wait, but it's definitely worth it!
I have a few more things that I need to get done, and Jessica is the one I'm going to go with. Â
P.S. Don't forget to tip your artists! They do great work!
Between choosing to go to Primary Concepts or to Urban Body for a tattoo or piercing in Davis, I say with 100% certainty that you will leave happy as a clam if you go to PriCon. :)
First of all, it is not your typical grungy looking, death-metal-playing tattoo shop filled of intimidating folks with a cold demeanors. It is very sanitary, and the decor is much more delicate and aesthetically pleasing. It induces a much more relaxed and comfortable vibe for any customer (very important for anyone who's about to get large needles stuck into them by a perfect stranger). Not to mention, everyone there is INCREDIBLY friendly and always willing to make small talk. Â Followed by the receptionist happily greeting you as you walk in, you may feel like you're entering the beautiful home of an artistic, professional, and down-to-Earth crowd - which is essentially what it is.
I got a piercing here (by a piercer who is no longer working there) as well as a wonderful tattoo by Kai Smart. Both experiences were pleasant, Â relatively quick, and fairly priced!
Just looking through the tattoo portfolios, you can tell that Kai and Jessica (the head tattoo artist) are not followers in the art of tattooing. They both have such distinctive and striking styles of their own that can be accommodated into creating an exquisite custom piece of your dreams. I brought in a sketch of what I wanted my tattoo to look like, and Kai took over from there. With my permission, I allowed her to take a little creative control and voila! - It came out better than I had imagined! It took about two hours and unlike previous tattoo artists I've encountered, she did not charge a truckload. I made sure to tip her generously, though. :D
This shop is truly one of a kind, and I will definitely miss it when I move. That said, I HIGHLY recommend anyone in or near Davis to come here to get some of the best body art service you'll ever get in NorCal!
I got my second tattoo from Kai Smart here, and it was exactly the experience I wanted. Â I like creating my own designs, but I also wanted an artist who would collaborate with me on the tattoo design. Â Kai and I sent sketches back and forth, and we came up with a design beyond what I was imagining. Â She and I have different styles, but together we were able to create something that I absolutely love.
So even before I stepped into the tattoo shop I had a very good feeling about things (not least because some of my co-workers have tattoos done by Kai that are really beautiful, and they spoke highly of their experiences with her). Â The shop is stylish, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Â There is enough space so that you feel like your tattoo experience is very personal. Â Kai and Jessica are both professional and personable, which will put you at ease.
Kai is very easy to be with; she is genuinely warm and friendly, and does not force conversation. Â She was very open to tweaking things to my tastes as we went, although I didn't have to because the tattoo turned out really really well as she laid it out. Â In addition, she and Jessica clearly have a very supportive relationship of mutual respect without the ego I experienced when I got my first tattoo done by a shop with all male artists, and that translates to a comfortable atmosphere. Â Very unpretentious in that you don't feel judged by how "tattoo culture" you are, if you know what I mean.
Kai worked on my tattoo for almost two hours, which went by very quickly. Â I am in love with my tattoo, and I cannot sing the praises of Kai enough. Â As I think about my next tattoo, I have no doubt in my mind that I will go back to Primary Concepts.
Yes indeed will need to give this place a 5 star, like Michelle said this place is clean, classy, and the artist are awesome. Kai Smart did my tattoo and she did it with gentleness that it felt more like ticklish than pain. I love it! Now, i just need to go get it colored.
Not to mention what she did were my good luck sign...bringing me streaks and streaks of good luck... finally my life is piecing together thanks to kai!
Want a tattoo, ask kai!
***one flaw tho*** it is too far of a drive with the crazy high gas price =(
this tattoo shop is pretty classy- it's spacious, beautifully decorated, and has two great female tattoo artists, jessica cooke & kai smart, who pride themselves on creating custom masterpieces for you. everything at primary concepts is immaculately clean & you feel quite at ease while browsing and getting tattooed.
i've only been tattooed by kai, who's a friend of mine- she designed a custom piece for me & i've been receiving compliments since the first session was completed. she's receptive to your tattoo ideas to create the best thing to engrave on your body forever and makes sure you are comfortable while being tattooed. i'm really happy with my tattoo & highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get tattooed or pierced by the nice gals and fella at primary concepts.
oh yeah- it's cash only!
Primary Concepts is THE best place to get pierced in Davis. Â I got my first "non-mainstream" (by that, I mean besides the ears) piercing here and although I was super nervous, Chris' friendliness and humor made it a great experience. Â Surprisingly, it was also painless! Â When I had an issue with swelling a whole month later, Chris kindly looked at it and changed my jewelry for no extra charge. Â
Since the last time I was there (it's been a while), there wasn't a wide selection of jewelry, but everything he had was of the best quality. Â
Chris is extremely professional and experienced. Â The shop is clean, sterile, and very well designed and decorated. Â He seems very passionate about what he does. Â If my two piercings that followed were not done spontaneously, I would have definitely gone to Chris for all of them. Â
NOTE: The new location for Primary Concepts is 219 E Street, Suite D.
