  what everyone else said. these guys are as good as it gets! I've had the pleasure of having Bill tattoo my sides for me. both were sizeable pieces and the detail was delicate. Bill nailed the tattoo and (with my permission) put in his own twist to the piece which made it look even better! it took a little longer than anticipated, but the piece came out perfect, healed quick, and looks like it doesn't need much (if any) touching up. definitely coming back for more.

  Recon is a great shop. Its super clean and it really shows that these guys genuinely care about what they do and their customers. I've had multiple tattoos by both Shawn and Bill and have never been disappointed. They are both quality artists who listen to what you want and take the time to help you out. I'll only go there for my work!
