I had a dermal piercing done at the tattoo expo by these people. I've had it for 3 weeks now and haven't had any problems or signs of rejection. I called Red Dragon twice on seperate occasions with questions about my piercing that I forgot to ask the day of. Both times I was helped without any attitude and both of the guys I spoke to were helpful and kind  which is the type of service I expect from any place I patronize. Dont let other peoples WACK reviews sway you from getting your piercing done there. On another note at the Tattoo expo they were exactly $15 less than the other shops doing the same piercings. THANKS RED DRAGON!

I would only give this place two stars and this is why:
On my sixteenth birthday I came here to get a Monroe piercing with my sister. All was good. The staff was really nice and was more than happy to help us when we walked in. We walked in pretty late (around nine or ten) so nobody was really in there. But anyways, the man who pierced my lip did a pretty good job or so I thought. I came in to replace my ring because the other one was way too big. When I got to looking at one the owner of the shop approached me and asked me where I got my Monroe done at. He obviously was surprised when I told him I got it done at his shop. He asked me who did it and I explained the man who did it. He ended up telling me that the guy I explained doesn't do piercings, he only does tattoos. After I told him I was sure it was that guy he seriously didn't believe me and that kinda pissed me off. Luckily, the owner re pierced my Monroe for free and seemed a little apologetic. I have had my Monroe for two years now and I have had no problems since :) but honestly after that chaos I wouldn't come back. It's way too expensive anyways!

Wack, wack, wack... I can't even find the words. Boring store design, terrible customer service by the guy that "works" the front counter, and I've seen some really amateurish work come out of this place. There's plenty of good shops in a short drive of Roseville / Rocklin, no reason to settle on this spot.
