Rose City Tattoos

My friend had his tattoo done here and he loves it. Vic (Store owner) did the tattoo work. Vic was friendly and professional. The place is a bit smaller than other places I have been in but the environment was welcoming and extremely clean. Before Vic did the tattoo he showed us that all the tools and needles he would be using were clean and or brand new. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a tattoo.
