  You walk into his shop and immediately you are engulfed by art. I've known Royal Six Tattoo owner Jaime Briseno first and foremost as an artist. Watching his talent make the transition from canvas to skin has been amazing. I had an awesome experience and LOVE my tattoo. I started by sharing what i had envisioned and he followed it through and made sure he was not only delivering what i wanted, but surpassing it with his unbelievable talent. I love this place and recommend it to all. thank you Jaime!!

  The best tattoo experience I've ever had!  I tell all my friends/family/customers to come here.  Jaime is an amazing artist and person, I feel lucky to be tattooed by him.  The shop is amazing and his team around him (Josh, Cory, Drew and Ashley) are some of the best people I know.  Placerville needed desperately a tattoo shop with talent and vision, it now has one in Royal Six.

  We met Jaime VI when he was working and Black and Blue Tattoo in SF. He did a really great piece for me. We were very excited when he opened his own shop closer to us in Placerville. We made an appointment on my husband's birthday, he wanted to get some roses added to an existing piece. Jaime is a really talented artist and very conscientious about his work. He really wants to please the customer and it shows. His shop is very clean and I really like the masks and artwork he has used to decorate it. My husband loves the work Jaime VI did for him! We had a great experience at his shop and plan to return very soon. With so many tattoo shops these days it is really rare to find someone so scrupulous and obviously passionate about his work without having an attitude.
