Totally unprofessional. Called day before to c if appointment was needed- no!! Come on over- sent pics of what I wanted he said he'd b able to take care of me- so I get there at 3:30 Saturday afternoon bc that's what x answering machine says they open- was about 4:15 before anyone shows up- then guy who I spoke w day before says I'd b more comfortable w Rod doing ur work- ok where is HE? Ugh... Lemme call- ok he will b here at 5:30- it was 6 and no f?!$&!? Rod so I left - was so excited thought I was gonna get my tattoo- total let down-they may do ok work but the service is awful and I got nothing but the run around- whole afternoon wasted- I drove an hour to get there!
The more I looked around while WAITING- place really needs a facelift- looks old and dingy-
